Site Supervisor (IBMS & ELV)

Accrescent Engineers (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a Site Supervisor for its IBMS & ELV (Integrated Building Management System and Extra Low Voltage) Department.

Job Description:

  • • Supervising Team(s) regarding Site Works such as Conduit Installation, Cable Tray Installation, Wiring, Termination etc.
  • • Maintaining Records of Material, Team Attendance, Tools, etc.
  • • Following Work Plans and Sharing reports.
  • • Travelling to Sites.
  • • Maintaining Project Flow and Timely Updates.

Qualification & Experience:

04 to 05 Years of experience. | D.A.E. Electrical / D.A.E. Electronics

Language & Other Soft Skills Required:

Reading & Understanding of Basic English.
Applicant must have its own Smart Phone & Bike.

Job Type: Full-time, Contractual

Contract Length: 6 Months

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

PLANNING ENGINEER – Electrical

Job Description:

  • Planning of complete E & I project.
  • Site data collection against the schedule of all running projects, making estimations for timescales and costs
  • Supervising the project activities at all stages and resolving problems.
  • Ensuring procedures are carried out with EHS requirements.
  • Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets
  • Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.
  • Ensuring the entire project is completed on time and within budget.
  • Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.
  • Drawing plans; using specialized design software packages.
  • Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • MS Project
  • Primavera
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification:

B.E Electrical/Mechanical

Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in large scale E & I, Solar/Oil & Gas or Power Projects.
